The Company & Its Origins …
Corporate Excelsior Group, with its registered brand POLYMiX is a market leader of pre-mixed ready to use cement based mortar or dry mix in Malaysia. The Group has also manufactured and sold its own range of POLYBOND tiles adhesives products to various tiling contractors in the local market.
POLYMiX products are the preferred choice of renowned developers , contractors and professionals having a proven track record in Malaysia including prestigious projects in Kuala Lumpur as well as the majority of all CONQUOS compliance projects. Apart from Malaysia, we have also exported our products to the Asian markets mainly to Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia ,Vietnam, Sri Lanka, India, Libya, the Philippines, Indonesia and Myanmar.
Founded in year 2004 by one of the pioneers of pre-mixed mortar in Malaysia, the group has grown by leaps and bounds to achieve market leadership. The Group’s headquarters is in Kuala Lumpur with a marketing and administration office in Johor together with its manufacturing plants in Perak and Johor to better serve its customers.
The company is also proud to be the first dry mix mortar manufacturer to have successfully implemented the mechanized spray application (IBS) system which is an economical and efficient method of applying dry mix plaster notably in high end projects.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Our manufacturing facilities and processes deploy the state of the art technology with a production capacity of 200,000 ton annually and are certified to the ISO 9001:2000 UKAS Quality Management Systems which is globally recognized.
The main plant is a state of the art technologically automated manufacturing facility that operates in our own 20 acre land at Kuala Bikam, Perak. Kuala Bikam was historically rich in tin which is now basically “cleansed” of almost all the tin ores leaving behind beneficiated natural white silica which is one of our main raw materials. The Group also owns a dry silica processing plant and a silica washing facility that employ high technology extraction, washing, separation, sieving and grading systems to produce dry silica for its own use.
Supporting Manufacturing Capabilities
Our central region warehouse lies in the industrial town of Rawang which is capable of efficiently meeting the needs of our Klang Valley customers. As for the southern region, our plant is in the Kluang Industrial Estate, Johor which is not far from Johor Bahru.
Awards & Recognitions
Corporate Excelsior (M) Sdn Bhd was the Winner of the Prominent Category in the One Asia Awards year 2015, an award ceremony held at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore in Nov 2015 to recognize all the Asian companies that have achieved outstanding performance and are socially responsible. The event was covered by CNBC, Singapore Business Times and other leading media groups.
People & Strategic Partners
The Group’s directors and managers include key people with over 20 years of experience in marketing and operations in the cement based mortar business. We place great importance on equal employment opportunities to all races, religion and gender with a staff force that comprises the three main races in Malaysia equally.
We have also formed strategic partnerships with established equipment manufacturers to promote the IBS Mechanized Spray System, an innovative and efficient system of applying our products which has an admirable track record of completing some of the most demanding construction projects ahead of time.
Eco-Friendly Products
Understanding its responsibility to the environment, Corporate Excelsior places high value on sustainability by minimizing carbon in its products, incorporating the usage of recycled resources, improving the livelihood of local communities and partnering suppliers who also share our green objectives, so as to preserve the planet for future generations.
Our dry mix mortar products have been approved as Eco-friendly Building Materials under the Singapore Green Labelling Scheme (SGLS). This makes our products in high demand especially by “Green” building (GBI) projects in the construction industry.
The Future
Through continuous product innovations and extensive Research and Development, we are launching a more comprehensive POLYBOND Tiles Installation Systems to meet the needs of the current construction industry. We are also marketing a new IBS Spray System that works together with our products.
Last but not least, our never ending journey to accomplish perfection in what we do best is the one thing we unselfishly share with all our stakeholders including our customers. We are passionate to lead beyond the comfort zone simply because there is less competition.
