Manufacturing

All our manufacturing facilities are designed to ensure efficient and cost effective production process.   

They are equipped with the latest digital control automated systems to ensure effective flow and mixing of raw materials as well as a Quality Control System to produce the best quality products.

We also have a dedicated Research and Development (R&D) Lab which is always working on continuous improvements to our products.

We are also the proud owner of a 1,000,000 ton silica stockpile (>95% SiO2) that suffices as our reserve for the next 30 years.

The facilities are located across Malaysia with its main facility in Kuala Bikam, Perak (production capacity of 100,000 ton/year/2 shifts), Southern facility in Kluang, Johor (production capacity of 30,000 ton/year/2 shifts) and East Malaysia facility in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (production capacity  15,000 ton/year/1 shift). We also boast a warehousing facility in Rawang, Selangor to better serve our customers.
