Remove all loose materials or traces of foreign materials and ensure surface cleaned, free of dust and dirt. The level of the existing surface should be surveyed to check for excessive deviations, which should be rectified before laying PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL. It is recommended to damp the substrate surface for at least 30 minutes to ensure adequate saturation prior to the application of PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL. A priming coat is highly recommended especially for substrate that is absorbent.
Mix thoroughly a bag of 25kg PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL with approximately 5.0 litres of clean water by using an electrical power mixer for 3 to 5 minutes until the homogenous paste is achieved. Re-mix the material before re-use if the material is left undisturbed for more than 30 minutes.
Apply freshly mixed PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL onto the substrate by using a trowel. PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL must be continuously applied to ensure uniform and level surface. Direct sunlight and drying winds should be avoided during laying of PolyFlor Self-Leveling UL and the first 5 hours of curing.
