PolyCem Flexi Premium is a two-component liquid-applied highly flexible cementitious waterproofing coating consisting of acrylic polymer and blended special binder, filler, and additives. Liquid applied as slurry, it cures to a flexible membrane that is breathable to vapor but impermeable to water and moisture.
Large cracks and honeycombs shall be patch-repaired with a suitable PolyCrete product to allow substantial application of PolyCem Flexi Premium. The substrate should be clean and free from oil, grease, loose particles, mortar and paint droppings, or other contaminants. Excessive laitance shall be removed by high-pressure water jet.

Pre-wet to saturate the substrate with clean water but to remove excess water. PolyCem Flexi Premium is applied in two applications. Apply the first coat of PolyCem Flexi Premium with a brush or trowel to evenly cover the area. The first coat shall be left for about 3 to 5 hours depending on the temperature to become tack-free. The second coat shall then be applied in the same order, preferably in a direction perpendicular to the previous coat. The total dry film thickness of the dried application depends on the substrate condition and the degree of water damage. As a general guide, the thickness of PolyCem Flexi Premium should be 0.75 to 1.0 mm/coat/application depending on the substrate condition. To determine the drying time of PolyCem Flexi Premium between coats, place a thumb gently on the surface. If the coating does not stick to the thumb, then it is ready for the next coat. Applying PolyCem Flexi Premium to a damp substrate is to ensure strong support to prevent the loss of water and thus, cracking.
Precaution measures must be taken that PolyCem Flexi Premium is suitably protected, internally from rapid loss of water from the membrane, and externally against rapid loss of water from exposure to strong winds.

PolyCem Flexi Premium is non-flammable, non-hazardous, and non-toxic. Recommended to avoid prolong skin and eye contact by wearing suitable protective clothing.
