Pot life: 1 hour
Coverage: Approx. 1.25 kg/m²/mm
Recommended thickness: 1-2mm/build-up/application
Minimium application: 3 coats for external at criss-crossed direction

Properties: Improved consistency, workability, water retention & adhesion
Remove all loose materials or traces of foreign materials and ensure surface cleaned, free of dust and dirt. It is recommended to damp the substrate surface prior to the application of POLYMiX Thin Plaster Premium. All pinholes, formwork joints and excessive unevenness on substrate should be patched up with POLYMiX Fine Mortar Base prior to application.
Mix thoroughly a bag of 40kg POLYMiX Thin Plaster Premium with 13.0-14.0 litres of clean water by using an electrical power mixer for 3 to 5 minutes until the homogeneous paste is achieved. Re-mix the material before re-use if the material is left undisturbed for more than 30 minutes.
Apply freshly mixed POLYMiX Thin Plaster Premium with steel trowel or spray machine to profile the substrate surface to an average thickness of 1.5 to 3.0mm. If application requires more than a single layer, continue to trowel POLYMiX Thin Plaster Premium and to allow the underlying layer to gain partial curing before applying the subsequent layer to achieve the desired flatness and smoothness. It is recommended to apply a minimum of 2 coats to achieve the desired flatness and smoothness.
Packing: 40kg/bag

  • Temperature range for use: 10°C-40°C
  • Clean tools with water before the product dries.
  • Do not apply to extremely absorbent substrate without prior pre-wetting. In hot conditions, protect the finish surface from drying out rapidly by lightly misting to prevent powderiness.
  • Do not mix the product with OPC/White cement/lime.
  • Mechanical or manual sanding with any sand paper are strictly prohibited. Sanding will loosen the cohesion and thereby causes powderiness.
  • Do not apply thinner than the minimum recommended thickness of 2mm and at minimum of 3 coats at preferred criss-crossed direction.
  • Do not apply when there is vigorous hacking activities in the vicinity of the application area.
